1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nexus Realestate Hub website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Toronto, Ontario, Canada for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

8.1 International Users

The Services are controlled and operated from Canada. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Services from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are entirely responsible for compliance with all applicable Canadian and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to export and import regulations.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.

9.1 Arbitration Process

• The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator.
• The place of arbitration shall be Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• The language of the arbitration shall be English.
• The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

9.2 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Nexus Realestate Hub may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or patents.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

10.1 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.

10.2 Survival of Terms

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
